Delivery, Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery

All our orders are printed to order. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

We currently only ship within the UK. Shipping rates are based on weight and options include DPD, 24 hour and 48 hour tracked.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item for whatever reason please inform us within 14 days of receiving your item. Email us at thehuddleyeovil@gmail.com to request a return.

Information required when sending a return:

  • Your full name
  • Email address you placed the order with
  • The item details you wish to return (size, style and colour) as well as the reason for the return.
  • Please also inform us if you would like a refund or and exchange (if an exhange please specify item details.

Once you have contacted us (within 14 days from recieving your item, we should recieve your returned item within 28 days from when you received your original order.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refund and Return Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworm, free of any marks, odours and unwashed.

All refund requests must be made by email to thehuddleyeovil@gmail.com within 14 days of the item being delivered to your address.

Items must be returned and received by us within 28 days from the original delivery of your item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of postage for returns. We are unable to process returns without the item. It is recommended that you use a tracked service when posting the item back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights for returning faulty goods (which must be returned and informed within 30 days).

Missing Items

If you are missing an item from your order please contact us within 7 days of your parcel being delivered to enable us to rectify the order.

We take no responsibility for incorrectly addressed items – please double check your delivery address when ordering.

Refunds

Once we have received your item and we are satisfied it meets our T&C you will be entitled to a refund.

The price of postage will not be refunded.

Please allow 14 days from the date of receiving your return for your return to be processed back to your original payment method.

Postage

The cost of postage returns is your responsibility. Please ensure your item is packaged well to avoid any damage in the post. We are not liable for any parcels lost or damaged in the post. We therefore recommend you track your item and consider parcel insurance.
