Due to COVID19 we require to collect names and contact details for track & trace purposes. This is only shared with track and trace system upon request.

– Booking to attend our groups or classes to maintain track and trace information for COVID19.
– At an event or drop-in session and you wish for use to contact you regarding further information or recommendations (Name, email address or phone number)
– You contact us via email, social media or text (your provided contact details)
– You enter our raffle and won’t be there at the time of the draw (first name and phone number)

If you are a business and sign up with us to attend events. We collect information via Acuity, Google Forms and Quickbooks Invoicing. We collect email addresses, names, and business details to enable us to contact you regarding payments and event details and planning.


By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. We take payments via cash, PayPal, sumup, square or bank transfer. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, Sum Up, Square or Lyods Bank, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. In the case of card payments, we DO NOT store your card details. Square will encrypt your payment details and keep them secure as per their security policies and data policies.
In the case of bank transfer to us, we DO NOT have access to your full bank details. We DO NOT store any information identifying your banking data. Lloyds encrypts our internet banking. SumUP & Square we DO NOT have access to your full bank details and SumUp and Square keep them secure as per their security policies and data policies.

Your Name and Email address or phone number is provided by you and recorded on a password protected mobile device. This is accessed via a password protected device.

You contact us with email, social media or phone. Your name and or email address and or phone number is provided by you and sent to us and stored on our password protected devices in the way we received it. You will be sent a Google Form and provide needed email address and phone number. These are stored on Google Documents, they keep them secure as to their security policies and data policies. We access the information via password protected devices and through a password protected Google Documents Account.

You allow us to take a picture of you babywearing during a session or provided us with photographs via social media.

When you attend a group, workshop or event at The Huddle. Name, email, phone number. These are saved on acuity and accessed via password protected devices.

When you buy raffle tickets we store:

– contact detail you prefer

Word Press: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
